Floor lamps are the optimal complement to ceiling lamps. When the ceiling lamp provides good general lighting in the room, the floor lamp gives a pleasant light to the parts of the room that a ceiling lamp does not reach. Place it in a corner as a cozy spot lighting, or as a reading lamp next to a sofa or armchair.
